Former Cardinal Malevy Leons Signs With OKC Thunder

Former MAC Cardinal and 2021 NJCAA D1 Men's Basketball Player of the Year Malevy Leons has signed a one year contract with the the Oklahoma City Thunder of the NBA.  Leons played two seasons for the Cardinals (2019-2021).  Following his two-year career at MAC, the IJmuiden, Netherlands native played three seasons at Bradley University.  Malevy's long list of accomplishments at Bradley included being named to the All Missouri Valley Conference Team, the All Missouri Valley Conference Defensive Team and being named back-to-back MVC Defensive Player of the Year (2022-23, 2023-24)
