MAC Women Tie With State Fair

The MAC women's soccer team hosted State Fair CC on Wednesday, September 7 for a Region 16 and MCCAC match.  Not only was Wednesday the home opener for the Lady Cardinals, it was also the first ever game played at MAC's new state-of-th-art soccer pitch.  In Wednesday's match, Hannah Miller got MAC on the board at 33:00.  The Lady Cardinals held the 1-0 lead unil late in the second half when State Fair found the back of the net at 71:00.  The match ended in a 1-1 draw after two scoreless overtimes.  

With the draw against State Fair, MAC moves to 1-3-1 on the season.  The Lady Cardinals return to action on Saturday, September 10 when they host Central Methodist University JV for a noon start.
