Cardinals defeat Three Rivers for 3rd time
(3/25/21) MAC (18-0 overall and 9-0 in Region 16) defeated Three Rivers at home last night by the score of 82-61. This marks the third time that the Cardinals have defeated the Raiders this season. Mineral Area was led by Malevy Leons who scored 26 points. Terion Murdix and Keonte Jones had 14 each to help MAC remain undefeated. MAC plays two more time before the regular season comes to an end. They will play Friday night, at home against West Plains at 6:00 before playing West Plains again on Saturday night in West Plains. With the win, Mineral Area clinched the #1 seed and a bye in the Region 16 tournament. Photo: Matt King, Daily Journal.
